What is a Timeline for an Administrative Dissolution?
An administrative dissolution process begins when you receive a Notice of Intent to Dissolve/Revoke. Once the notice is issued, a business has 90 days to file all past due annual reports. If after 90 days those past due annual reports have still not been filed, the business will receive a Notice of Forfeiture/Revocation.
