No Annual Report Necessary for a Business Dissolution
Once you have successfully filed your dissolution your business will be dissolved. There is no required additional review by our office, and you do not have to file past due annual reports.
If you file a dissolution or withdrawal, you are not required to file any annual reports that are due.
