Can I Backdate the Day of My Business Closing?
You cannot backdate the day of your business closing in our system. The date you submit your dissolution document is the date you legally dissolve your business entity. Even if you haven't conducted any business in a while, if you didn't officially close your business at that time, you can only dissolve with a current or a future date.
You can schedule a business closing up to 90 days in the future.
