Connecticut's K-3 Literacy Strategy
The Center for Literacy Research and Reading Success developed the Connecticut’s K-3 Literacy Strategy with guidance from the Reading Leadership Implementation Council. The resources and information provided in this document create a road map for Connecticut to improve practices and methods of a comprehensive, multi-tiered educational learning system that includes culturally responsive, scientifically based, evidence-based literacy practices, strategies, and structures.
