OBRD funds were utilized by Two Roads Brewing to conduct environmental assessment and abatement of building contaminants including asbestos and lead paint. The remediated property provides nearly 100,000 square feet of space within 4 buildings that are now used for brewing and tasting room operations, as well as storage and administrative office space.
