Overview

The Human Resources Unit's core business functions include employment, job classification, affirmative action, wage and benefits administration, employee relations, contract administration, staff development and workplace safety. In addition, the unit works with other state agencies, universities and community colleges, and community organizations in its efforts to develop and maintain a diverse workforce.

State of Connecticut Exam Announcements and Statewide Job Postings:

The Department of Administrative Services (DAS) website lists all current open competitive and agency promotional exams as well as statewide job postings for agencies. DAS also has a video and information pertaining to the state employment process and the Application for Examination or Employment (CT-HR-12).
