What happens if our grant application is approved?

If your grant application is approved, we will send you a letter confirming approval and a Letter of Intent. We will also assign you a contract specialist to help coordinate the contracting process (tour project narrative and associated deliverables will be included as part of the contract). We may request certain documents during the contracting process including, but not limited to, those below:

  • Nondiscrimination Certification
  • Certified Resolutions
  • Incumbency Certificate
  • Certified Copy of Certificate of Incorporation
  • Certified Copy of Bylaws
  • Opinion of Counsel
  • Certificate of Legal Existence
  • Good Standing Letters from Dept. of Labor and Dept. of Revenue
  • Certificate of Insurance

We will also let you know of any changes in documentation requirements during the process.
