Monday: Lt. Gov. Wyman Attends Events in New Haven, New Britain, and Hartford
(HARTFORD, CT) - On Monday morning, Lieutenant Governor Nancy Wyman will welcome participants of the Women's Campaign School at Yale University. WCS is a non-partisan leadership program that works to expand women's reach in government.
Later, the Lt. Governor will join Connecticut Department of Correction Commissioner Scott Semple at the graduation ceremony for the Department's 264th class of Correction Officers, administrators, and professional staff.
In the evening, Lt. Governor Wyman will attend the 10th annual Dress for Success fundraising event. Dress for Success Hartford is part of a global network that provides professional attire and resources for underserved women so they can find a job, chart a career path, and improve their quality of life. They have served more than 5,500 women throughout Connecticut.
