(HARTFORD, CT) - On Friday morning, Lt. Governor Nancy Wyman will make remarks at Meriden's Flag Day event and congratulate winners of the 5 th grade essay contest. In the evening, the Lt. Governor will remark at the Rehoboth Church scholarship awards ceremony.
