The above captioned matter was heard as a contested case on August 30, 1978, at which time the complainant and the respondents appeared, stipulated to certain facts and presented testimony, exhibits and argument on the complaint. Upon the conclusion of that hearing, the matter was continued in order to effectuate a stipulated resolution of the complaint.

     By letter dated December 2, 1978, the complainant informed the Commission that it has received satisfactory compliance from the respondents and that it therefore consents to a dismissal of its complaint.

     The following order by the Commission is hereby recommended on the basis of the record concerning the above captioned complaint:

     1.  The complaint is hereby dismissed.
