The above captioned matter was heard as a contested case on July 28, 1978, at which time the complainant and the respondent attorney general appeared.
After consideration of the entire record, the following facts are found:
1. This matter was brought to the Commission as a contested case by letter from the complainant filed herewith on June 1, 1978.
2. At the hearing herein, the attorney general agreed to release the following information relative to the complainant's May 17, 1978 letter of request:
a. the rate of pay, as of May 18, 1978, of a certain assistant attorney general;
b. the names of the secretaries who work in the same unit of the office of attorney general as the aforesaid assistant attorney general;
c. the attendance record (in lieu of a time sheet which does not exist) of the aforesaid assistant attorney general covering the period from May 18, 1977 to May 18, 1978.
3. The attorney general has promised to provide the complainant with the above records within two weeks.
4. The complainant is satisfied with this tender of compliance by the attorney general.
The following order by the Commission is hereby recommended on the basis of the record concerning the above captioned complaint:
1. The case is hereby dismissed.
