     The above captioned matter was heard as a contested case on June 12, 1978 at which time the complainant and the respondent appeared and stipulated that the respondent would make certain documents available on or before July 14, 1978, and that if the complainant did not notify the Commission regarding the unacceptability the respondents' compliance prior to July 21, 1978 the complaint would be dismissed.
     The complainant did not notify the Commission that documents provided by the respondents were unacceptable by July 21, 1978.
     The following order by the Commission is hereby recommended on the basis of the record concerning the above captioned complaint:
     1.  The complaint is hereby dismissed.
