     The above captioned matter was heard as a contested case on April 17, 1978 and May 3, 1978, at which time the complainant and the respondents appeared.
     The complainant's letter of complaint to the Commission, dated February 21, 1978, was filed with the Commission on February 23, 1978. The complainant withdrew those portions of the aforesaid complaint which concerned the alleged denial of copies of records relating to Luz Gonsalez and Lydia Sanchez.
     At the hearing held on May 3, 1978, the respondents tendered to the complainant copies of documents relating to the remaining portions of the complaint herein. The respondents further promised to provide the complainant with copies of any additional documents that they may possess, relating to the same subject matter, if the aforesaid tender of compliance is not to the complainant's full satisfaction.
     The following order by the Commission is hereby recommended on the basis of the record concerning the above captioned complaint:
     1.  The complaint is hereby dismissed.
