     The above captioned matter was scheduled for hearing on March 28, 1978.  At that time the complainant and the respondent appeared and the hearing was continued to permit the parties to work out a settlement.
     The continued hearing was reconvened on April 18, 1978.  The complainant and the respondent both appeared and the complainant stated she would be satisfied if the respondent would state under oath that all of the documents which she requested had been made available for her to inspect or copy. The respondent then provided testimony under oath that all of the requested documents had been made available.
     The following order by the Commission is hereby recommended on the basis of the record concerning the above captioned complaint:
     1.  The complaint is hereby dismissed.
