     The above captioned matter was heard as a contested case on March 6, 1978, at which time the complainant and the respondents appeared and presented testimony and argument on the complaint. This matter was brought to the Commission by letter of complaint filed on January 17, 1978.
     By letter filed with the Commission on May 8, 1978, the complainant notified the Commission that it has received the requested information. Accordingly, the complainant requested that its complaint be withdrawn.
     The following order by the Commission is hereby recommended on the basis of the record concerning the above captioned complaint:
     1.  The complaint is hereby withdrawn without prejudice.
