Commissioner of the Department of Corrections and the Personnel Appeal Board, Respondents	December 15, 1975

     The above-captioned matter was heard as a contested case on December 15, 1975, at which the complainant and respondent appeared.  Pursuant to the policy of this Commission, a mediation session was held prior to the convening of this hearing.  As a result of said mediation session, the following was stipulated on the record hereof:

     1.  The respondent' Personnel Appeal Board agrees to make available for reproduction at the complainant's expense the requested tape recordings of the proceedings before it concerning the complainant.

     2.  The respondent Personnel Appeal Board agrees to reproduce at the complainant's expense the requested documentary exhibits from said proceedings.

     3.  In view of the above, the parties agreed that the present hearing be adjourned pending further discussions as to the mode and cost of compliance herein.  Whereupon, said hearing was so adjourned.
