     The above-captioned matter was heard as a contested case on November 24, 1975, at which time only the respondents Department of Environmental Protection and Commission on Human Rights and Opportunities appeared.  The respondents the Governor and the Department of Environmental Protection had previously sent letters to the Commission tendering compliance.  The Governor and Department of Environmental Protection offered full inspection of the record to take place at their offices.  Commission on Human Rights and Opportunities offered similar inspection and, in addition, tendered copies of material in its possession to the compliant upon payment of reasonable expenses.
     It is hereby recommended that the following order enter in this case:
     The above complaint be dismissed for the reasons stated above, compliance having been achieved prior to the hearing.
