     The above captioned matter was heard as a contested case on November 18, 1975, at which time the complainant and respondent appeared.
     Upon stipulation of the parties on the record, the complaint was withdrawn by the complainant on the following terms and conditions:
1.  The provisional intermediate administrative certificate of John Alschuler was delivered by the respondent to the complainant.
2.  The respondent stated that this certificate is the only certificate of those specifically requested which is in the respondent's possession.
