     The undersigned was designated hearing officer by order to the Chairman and instructed to report in writing concerning the facts and issues to be presented on the record of the hearing of the above-captioned matter as a contested case.
     Following the issuance of the Order to Show Cause, counsel for the respondents transmitted to the Commission a certified copy of a resolution of the respondent Board which declared to be null and void the decisions of which the complainant had complained. A copy of the correspondence is attached hereto.
     For this reason I recommend that the Commission find that there is no longer any issue pending in this matter and that the case be terminated.
