To support essential travelers during the COVID-19 public health crisis, CTDOT has launched a temporary program for food trucks to operate at highway Rest Areas in Danbury (I-84), Middletown (I-91), Wallingford (I-91) and North Stonington (I-95). Connecticut Harbor Masters

The Connecticut Department of Transportation (DOT) no longer oversees the administration of Connecticut Harbor Masters. A change in the law transferred the Harbor Masters oversight responsibility from the DOT to the Connecticut Department of Energy and Environmental Protection (DEEP) on July 1, 2016. DEEP now serves as the administrator of The Connecticut Harbor Master’s Program.
