Safety Improvements along I-395 in Killingly

The Connecticut Department of Transportation is announcing that a safety improvement project will be performed on I-395 Southbound at Exit 37 in Killingly on Wednesday, February 13, 2019.

The project consists of installing an impact attenuator at Exit 37.

LANE CLOSURE INFO:

Motorists can expect a shoulder closure to occur at this location.  One (1) state trooper, crash attenuator vehicles, and signing patterns will be utilized to guide motorists through the work zone.  The regular work schedule for this project is from 7:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. (Wednesday)

Motorists should be aware that modifications or extensions to this schedule may become necessary due to weather delays or other unforeseen conditions.  Motorists are advised to maintain a safe speed when driving in this vicinity.
