Nighttime Resurfacing Route 719 - Main Ave - in Norwalk

The Connecticut Department of Transportation is announcing that nighttime resurfacing work will be performed

on an 0.86-mile section of Route 719 (Main Avenue) in Norwalk, Tuesday, November 19, through Tuesday, November 26, 2019. Work hours will be 8:30 pm to 5 a.m.

This project is being performed by the Eversource Gas Company.

       

LANE CLOSURE INFO

Motorists can expect lane closures on Route 719 northbound and southbound.  Traffic control personnel and signing patterns will be utilized to guide motorists through the work zone.  The work schedule for this project is 8:30 p.m. to 5:00 a.m. (Sunday through Thursday nights).

Motorists should be aware that modifications or extensions to this schedule may become necessary due to weather   delays or other unforeseen conditions.  Motorists are advised to maintain a safe speed when driving in this vicinity.
