Scheduled Nighttime Ramp Closures on Interstate 95 in West Haven and Orange for Milling and Paving Activities

The Connecticut Department of Transportation is announcing scheduled ramp closures of Interchange 42 (Sawmill Road) and 43 (First Avenue) on-ramps, on Interstate 95 northbound in West Haven and Orange. The closures are scheduled to take place from Monday, August 26, 2019 to Friday, October 11, 2019, and will occur between the hours of 9:00 PM and 6:00 AM. The closures are necessary to facilitate milling and paving of the ramps.
