Nighttime Crack Sealing along Route 15 in Trumbull and Stratford and Interstate 95 in Fairfield

The Connecticut Department of Transportation is announcing that a nighttime joint and crack sealing operation will continue on Route 15 northbound/southbound in Trumbull/Stratford and Interstate 95 northbound in Fairfield through Friday, November 15, 2019.

This project consists of joint and crack sealing a 2.37 mile segment of Route 15 Northbound/Southbound in Trumbull/Stratford and a 3.90 mile segment of Interstate 95 Northbound in Fairfield. This work is being performed by Annseal Inc.

 

LANE CLOSURE INFO

Motorists can expect lane closures on Route 15 Northbound/Southbound from end overpass Route 8 to Exit 53 (Route 110) and Interstate 95 Northbound from the Westport Town Line to the begin overpass New England Avenue.  Traffic control patterns and crash units will be utilized to guide motorists through the work zone. The regular work schedule for this project is 8:00 p.m. to 5:00 a.m. (Sunday night through Friday morning).

Motorists should be aware that modifications or extensions to this schedule may become necessary due to weather delays or other unforeseen conditions.  Motorists are advised to maintain a safe speed when driving in this vicinity.
