Nighttime Bridge Maintenance, I-91 Northbound in Hartford

    

The Connecticut Department of Transportation is announcing that a nighttime bridge maintenance project will be performed on I-91 Northbound in Hartford, beginning Tuesday, March 12, 2019.

    

The project consists of bridge maintenance on I-91 Northbound, Bridge#5922 (Route 15 overpass) in Hartford. This work is scheduled to occur on Tuesday March 12, 2019 to Wednesday, March 13, 2019. The regular work schedule for this project is from 8:00 p.m. to 2:00 a.m.

LANE CLOSURE INFO

Motorist can expect alternating lane closures on I-91 Northbound in Hartford. Traffic control personnel, State Police and signing patterns will be utilized to guide motorists through the work zone. The regular work schedule for this project is from 8:00 p.m. to 2:00 a.m.

Motorists should be aware that modifications or extensions to this schedule may become necessary due to weather delays or other unforeseen conditions.  Motorists are advised to maintain a safe speed when driving in this vicinity.
