Bridge Maintenance on I-84 East in East Hartford

The Connecticut Department of Transportation is announcing that a bridge maintenance project will be performed on I-84 East from Exits 56 to Exit 58 in East Hartford, overnight Thursday and Friday, November 21-22, 2019. Work hours will be 9 p.m. to 5 a.m.

 

LANE CLOSURE INFO

While work is being performed, the right and center lanes will be closed. Traffic control personnel, state police and signing patterns will be utilized to guide motorists through the work zone.

 

Motorists should be aware that modifications or extensions to this schedule may become necessary due to weather delays or other unforeseen conditions.  Motorists are advised to maintain a safe speed when driving in this vicinity.
