   Surveying along Merritt Parkway Route 15 Northbound in New Canaan and Norwalk

                                                                                              

The Connecticut Department of Transportation is announcing that a surveying operation will be performed on Route 15 (Merritt Parkway) Northbound in New Canaan and Norwalk on Saturday, September 23, 2017. Work hours will be 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.

LANE CLOSURE INFO

Motorists can expect lane closures on Route 15 Northbound between Exit 37 (Route 124, South Ave.) in New Canaan and Exit 40B (SR 719, Main Ave.) in Norwalk. Traffic control personnel and signing patterns will be utilized to guide motorists through the work zone. The regular work schedule for this project is from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.

Motorists should be aware that modifications or extensions to this schedule may become necessary due to weather delays or other unforeseen conditions.  Motorists are advised to maintain a safe speed when driving in this vicinity.
