New Haven-Hartford-Springfield (NHHS) Rail Program

Construction Update: City of Meriden

October 2 – 20, 2017

Beginning on Monday, October 2nd at 6:00 a.m. and continuing through Friday, October 20th at 4:00 p.m. Gypsy Lane, between Old Colony Road and South Broad Street in Meriden will be closed to through traffic to accommodate drainage improvements and guardrail installation underneath the Amtrak railroad bridge. Construction crews will work during daytime hours only.

Signs, variable message boards and detour routes alerting the public of the closure will be posted on-site prior to the closure.
