Rehabilitation of Bridge 03127 over I-91 in Wallingford
The Connecticut Department of Transportation is announcing that the rehabilitation of Bridge 03127 (Harrison Road over I-91) in the Town of Wallingford is scheduled to begin on or about April 1, 2017. 
DOT Project No. 148-206 was awarded to New England Infrastructure of Hudson, MA on December 28, 2016 for $2,488,554.00 with an anticipated completion date of November, 2017. 
The regular daytime work schedule for this project is from 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m., Monday through Friday and beginning on or about April 1, 2017, motorists traveling on Harrison Road can expect the establishment of an alternating one-way traffic pattern on Harrison Road in the vicinity of I-91.
Temporary traffic signal equipment, traffic control personnel and signing patterns will be utilized to guide motorists through the work zone.
Beginning on or about April 18, 2017, motorists traveling on I-91 can expect overnight lane closures on I-91 in the vicinity of Exit 12 and 13. Traffic control personnel and signing patterns will be utilized to guide motorists through the work zone. The regular night time work schedule for this project is from 6:00 p.m. to 5:00 a.m., Monday through Friday.
 
Motorists should be aware that modifications or extensions to this schedule may become necessary due to weather delays or other unforeseen conditions.  Motorists are advised to maintain a safe speed when driving in this vicinity.
