      Nighttime Resurfacing along Route 15 in Orange, Woodbridge and New Haven

       

The Connecticut Department of Transportation is announcing that a nighttime milling and resurfacing project will continue on Route 15 (Wilbur Cross Parkway) in Orange, Woodbridge and New Haven, through October 9, 2017.

The project consists of milling and paving 7.12 miles on Route 15 northbound and southbound in Orange, Woodbridge and New Haven.  The milling segment of this project will continue through Friday, September 8, 2017.  The resurfacing segment of this project is anticipated continue through Monday, October 9, 2017.

LANE CLOSURE INFO

Motorists can expect lane closures on Route 15 between Exit 55A (Wheelers Farm Rd.) and Exit 60 (Rt. 10, Dixwell Ave.) Traffic control personnel and signing patterns will be utilized to guide motorists through the work zone. The regular work schedule for this project is 8:00 p.m. to 5:00 a.m. (Sunday through Thursday)

Motorists should be aware that modifications or extensions to this schedule may become necessary due to weather delays or other unforeseen conditions.  Motorists are advised to maintain a safe speed when driving in this vicinity.
