Nighttime Bridge Maintenance on I-95 Southbound in Westbrook

The Connecticut Department of Transportation is announcing that a nighttime bridge maintenance project will be performed on I-95 southbound in Westbrook, beginning Saturday, July 29, 2017.

The project consists of bridge maintenance on I-95 SB, Bridge #00232 (Rt. 153) underpass in Westbrook. This project is scheduled to occur from 8:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. Saturday, July 29, 2017 to the morning of  Sunday, July 30, 2017.

LANE CLOSURE INFO

Motorists can expect a right lane closure from the State Police Troop F Barracks on the ramp for I-95 SB to the on ramp for RT. 153 for I-95 SB.  Traffic control personnel and signing patterns will be utilized to guide motorists through the work zone. The regular work schedule for this project is from 8:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. 

Motorists should be aware that modifications or extensions to this schedule may become necessary due to weather delays or other unforeseen conditions.  Motorists are advised to maintain a safe speed when driving in this vicinity.
