I-95 NB Exit 8, Saturday (10/14) Off Peak Off-Ramp Closure in Stamford

The Connecticut Department of Transportation is announcing the scheduled closure of the I-95 northbound, Exit 8 off-ramp in Stamford. The closure will be in effect on Saturday, October 14, 2017, from 6 AM  to 6 PM.  Motorists are advised to use exit 7 and follow the posted detour route.
Motorists should be aware that modifications or extensions to this schedule may become necessary due to weather delays or other unforeseen conditions.
The closure is necessary to facilitate the installation of a deep drainage-crossing pipe required for the new Exit 8 off-ramp storm drainage system.
