Drainage Pipe Replacement on Route 263 (Winchester Rd.) in Winchester

The Connecticut Department of Transportation is announcing that a drainage pipe replacement project will occur on Rt. 263 (Winchester Rd.) in Winchester, beginning on Wednesday, May 17, 2017.

The project consists of replacing drainage pipe on Route 263 (Winchester Rd.) from Woodland Street to Laurel Street in Winchester by DOT Maintenance forces. 

 

CLOSURE INFO

Detour Route is from Boyd Street to Woodland Street onto Laurel Street return back to Boyd Street.  The road closure will be from 8:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. 

                                                                                           

Motorists should be aware that modifications or extensions to this schedule may become necessary due to weather delays or other unforeseen conditions.  Motorists are advised to maintain a safe speed when driving in this vicinity.
