Construction activities are scheduled to begin during the week of April 17, 2017, weather permitting.  Long-term lane shifts/closures will be part of the construction sequence.  Additional off-peak hour lane closures may also be necessary to expedite the needed repairs.  The project is expected to be completed in November, 2018.
DOT Project No. 0094-0252 was awarded to Mohawk Northeast, Inc. of Plantsville, Connecticut, for a cost of $26 million.
