Repairing Highway Illumination on Route 7 in Danbury

     

      The Connecticut Department of Transportation is announcing the repairs to highway lighting on Route 7, NB & SB from Exit 7, (Vicinity of Danbury Airport) to I-84, Exit 3 (Lake Avenue); and the Route 7 to I-84 WB & EB Interchange Ramps.

      This project is scheduled to occur on Saturday, August 9, 2014 from 5:30 a.m. to 10:00 a.m., weather permitting. 

LANE CLOSURE INFO

      Motorists should expect alternating lane closures. Impact attenuators and signing patterns will be utilized to guide motorists through the work zones.  The regular work schedule for this project is

5:30 a.m. to 10:00 a.m.

      Motorists are advised to maintain a safe speed when driving in this vicinity. Motorists should be aware that modifications or extensions to this schedule may become necessary due to weather delays or other unforeseen conditions.
