Nighttime Bridge Maintenance on I-95 in Stamford

     

      The Connecticut Department of Transportation is announcing that a nighttime bridge maintenance project will be performed on I-95 northbound and southbound in Stamford, beginning at 9 p.m. Monday, September 22, 2014. The work is expected to be completed by 5 a.m. on Friday, October 10.

LANE CLOSURE INFO

      Motorists can expect lane closures on I-95 northbound and southbound in Stamford between Exit 7 (Greenwich Avenue) and Exit 9 (Seaside Avenue).  Traffic control personnel and signing patterns will be utilized to guide motorists through the work zone. The regular work schedule for this project is from 9:00 p.m. to 5:00 a.m.

      Motorists should be aware that modifications or extensions to this schedule may become necessary due to weather delays or other unforeseen conditions.  Motorists are advised to maintain a safe speed when driving in this vicinity.
