Milling of the off ramp from Route 15 Northbound to Route 372, and the on ramp from Route 372 to Route 15 Northbound in Berlin

      The Connecticut Department of Transportation is announcing that a ramp milling project from Route 372 to Route 15 Northbound in Berlin will be performed on Tuesday, October 21, 2014. A detour will be required.

      The project consists of milling the off ramp from Route 372 Westbound to Route 15 Northbound, and the off ramp from Route 15 Northbound to Route 372 in Berlin.

LANE CLOSURE INFO

      On October 21, 2014, motorists can expect lane closures on the Route 372 ramp to Route 15 Northbound and Route 15 Northbound Exit to Route 372. Micro milling the ramps will occur on Tuesday, October 21 2014. A detour will be implemented while work is being performed. Motorists will use the following routes during the detour:  Route 372 motorist destined to Route 15 will follow Worthington Ridge Rd. to Route 15. Route 15 Northbound traffic will follow to Worthington Ridge Rd. back to Route 372.  Traffic control personnel and signing patterns will be utilized to guide motorists through the detour. The regular work schedule for this project is 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.

      Motorists should be aware that modifications or extensions to this schedule may become necessary due to weather delays or other unforeseen conditions.  Motorists are advised to maintain a safe speed when driving in this vicinity.
