Milling and Resurfacing Project, SR 664 (Lake St./Snake Meadow Rd.) in Plainfield & Killingly
The project consists of milling and resurfacing a 5.70 mile segment of SR 664 (Lake St./Snake Meadow Rd.) in Plainfield & Killingly.  The milling segment of this project is scheduled to occur on Friday, August 22, 2014, and Monday, August 25, 2014.  The resurfacing segment of this project is anticipated to be performed from Tuesday, September 2, 2014, through Monday, September 15, 2014.
LANE CLOSURE INFO
Motorists can expect lane closures on SR 664 (Lake St./Snake Meadow Rd.) between Route 14 in Plainfield to Route 6 in Killingly.  Traffic control personnel and signing patterns will be utilized to guide motorists through the work zone.  The regular work schedule for this project is from 7:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. (Monday - Friday).
Motorists should be aware that modifications or extensions to this schedule may become necessary due to weather delays or other unforeseen conditions.  Motorists are advised to maintain a safe speed when driving in this vicinity.
