Highway Lighting Maintenance on I-84 in Danbury

     

      The Connecticut Department of Transportation is announcing the maintenance of highway lighting on I-84, eastbound and westbound, from Exit 1 to Exit 8 in the city of Danbury, including on and off ramps on Saturday, August 16, 2014. Hours of work will be 5:30 a.m. to 10 a.m. 

LANE CLOSURE INFO

      Impact attenuators and signing patterns will be utilized to guide motorists through the work zones.  Motorists are advised to maintain a safe speed when driving in this vicinity. There will be alternating lane closures. 

      Motorists should be aware that modifications or extensions to this schedule may become necessary due to weather delays or other unforeseen conditions.
