Emergency Repairs to Water Main in Thomaston; Detour Required
      Emergency repairs are being made to a water main in Thomaston and a detour will be in place until repairs are completed.
       Watertown Avenue in Thomaston will be closed at intersection of Homer Street and Thomaston Avenue in Waterbury to the intersection of Route 262 in Thomaston until the work is completed. A detour has been posted.
      Motorists should be aware that modifications or extensions to this schedule may become necessary due to weather delays or other unforeseen conditions.  Motorists are advised to maintain a safe speed when driving in this vicinity.
