The Employment Security Appeals Division is an autonomous, quasi-judicial agency. We hear and decide appeals to decisions made by Connecticut's Unemployment Compensation Department as well as Connecticut Family and Medical Leave Act (CTFMLA) cases and Paid Family and Medical Leave Act (PFML) cases.
