Additional Tour of Seaside State Park Historic Buildings Offered for Prospective Bidders

The Connecticut Department of Energy and Environmental Protection (DEEP) is offering a tour of four historic buildings at Seaside State Park, located at 36 Shore Rd, Waterford, for prospective proposers on Wednesday, June 6 at 11 am.   This second tour is in response to inquiries from the development community for an opportunity to view the buildings, currently undergoing asbestos abatement and closed to the public.
Prospective proposers interested in touring the buildings must register by 4 pm. on Tuesday June 5 for the opportunity to participate.  Prospective proposers should email Tenia.Seay@ct.gov with the heading “Seaside 18” and be prepared to provide the names and titles of the tour attendees.
For more information about the opportunity to submit proposals for the long term lease of the buildings as a hospitality venue, visit www.ct.gov/deep/seaside.  Proposals are due no later than 4:00 pm. July 27, 2018.
