Real Estate Broker - Reinstatement

A real estate broker license may be reinstated, provided a completed reinstatement form and all applicable fees are submitted not later than two years after the date of expiration of the license.

Reinstatement of a broker’s license will be accepted only if all applicable fees are paid to bring the license to the current year, and the required continuing education is complete. Any such reinstated license shall expire on the next succeeding November 30th.

Please note, all Corporations, Limited Liability Companies, Partnerships or Limited Liability Partnerships must complete the Legal Entity Reinstatement Form available on our web site at www.ct.gov/dcp.
To complete the reinstatement online:
- If you have your User Id and Password, please go to www.elicense.ct.gov to access your account.
- You may request your User ID and Password by emailing the following information to dcp.online@ct.gov:
- Name
- License type
- License number
- Email address
