1. Discussion of and acceptance of the minutes for the meeting on September 24, 2012, and November 5, 2102
2. Report of the Bill Paying Subcommittee.
3. Sexual Assault Forensic Examiner/Sexual Assault Nurse Examiner (SAFE/SANE) Update.
4. Discussion of, and vote on, possible revisions to the Technical Guidelines involving:
(a) including a separate page for diagrams;
(b) including a narrative page;
(c) changing the location of the “law enforcement signature”;
(d) the law enforcement agency to be notified in the event that an anonymous kit is received; and
(e) Standardizing “release of information” forms.
5. Discussion of the need for additional State funding to pay for reimbursement to providers for services pursuant to Connecticut General Statutes section 19a-112a.
6. The Sexual Assault Exam Training Video and Material Project

8. Scheduling the quarterly meeting dates for Commission Meetings during 2013.
