Nursing Homes and Assisted Living Facilities Data

Connecticut is focused on reducing the impact of COVID-19 on our most vulnerable populations. That is why the state continues to monitor for cases and outbreaks of COVID-19 in assisted living facilities.

Effective July 2021, reports on nursing homes are produced bi-weekly and are published every other Thursday. Assisted living facilities are no longer required to report weekly case counts. If conditions warrant, the Connecticut Department of Public Health will produce more frequent reports.

Nursing home data is also available on the CMS Nursing Home Data page and the CT Open Data Portal.
