I’m attending funeral services. How many people can gather at a funeral, wake, or burial?

What are the Rules on Funerals?

As of May 19, 2021 masks are no longer required outdoors. Masks are still required indoors for unvaccinated persons. Vaccinated people do not have to wear masks indoors. This may be subject to change by location. All capacity restrictions are also lifted, with attendance caps set at the discretion of the owner.

A religious, spiritual, or worship gathering includes a wake, funeral, or burial.

Whenever possible, funeral services should be held at the gravesite. Proper social distance protocols (not less than 6 feet) shall be maintained at all times at wakes, funeral services and burials.
